Who we are

Panther Search is a product of Panteras Advisory. The data controller is Simtra Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. For anything on this page, or to exercise any of your rights, email hello@panther-search.uk.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us, the time you joined, and which form you used. We use it for one thing: to tell you when early access opens and to send the occasional short update before launch. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything else.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email we send, or by emailing hello@panther-search.uk. We keep your details until early access opens or you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first, and then we delete them.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of providers to run this site and send email. They process data on our instructions: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (the database that holds the waitlist), and Resend (sending the confirmation and updates). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can object to how we use it and withdraw consent at any time. If you think we have got something wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

Cold outreach and PECR

Panther Search helps businesses build B2B outreach lists. For business-to-business marketing, PECR (Regulation 22) lets you email companies, and many sole traders and partnerships, without prior consent, as long as every message offers an easy opt-out. The rules and their exceptions are worth reading yourself in the ICO PECR guidance.

GDPR Article 14 source notice

When you use Panther Search to build a list, the people on it have the right to know where their details came from. Every export comes with a ready-to-paste source notice for your first email, pointing the recipient to a hosted notice that explains the source and their right to object. The contact details are drawn from official UK public records and statutory filings.

Opt-outs reach you, the sender, not us, so honouring an objection and suppressing that contact is your responsibility, in your own outreach tool, the same as with any marketing list. Separately, if you are a recipient and want us to stop including your details in the data we provide, email hello@panther-search.uk and we will act on it.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page as the product develops and will change the date at the top when we do. This is the marketing site's notice; the live product will carry its own, fuller notice when it opens.
